Hot/Cold Universal Shoulder Support did not work for my rotator cuff injury. The hot/cold pack was a nice part of the support , but after using it for 2 weeks it simply does not help. I wish I can get a refund on the $20 I spent on this item. Would not recommend.

Great value and works well

Most such products include two hot/cold packs, one for the front and one for the back, but this is the only one I have found that positions the pack so it goes over the shoulder itself with no seam at the top. I find this works better for me.
