How to Use

For best results, sleep wearing heel sleeves for 7 nights, then 2-3 times per week or as needed. Wear gloves at home or around town at least 2-3 times per week. For more intense treatment, use with a skin moisturizer. More frequent use provides greater results. For smoother application and removal, try occasionally sprinkling gloves with a small amount of talcum powder.
