Looks effective, but too large & heavy for my frame

I am not a small woman (5’ 6’’ 155 lbs), but the belt is just too large around my rib cage-can't tighten it enough. Also, its quite heavy for me as a 72 yo. It looks like it would work well though if I were of heftier build. However, as things stand, I need to return it

Great

I have not used the hot or cold yet but the compression is so wonderful. It is a bit bulky and I haven’t learned what to do with the bulb that you use to increase the comprehension but that said, it works great. 😊

Soothes my back

I do not use the cold packs which they seem to stress a whole heck of a lot more than the hot. The hot pack is what you will want to use if you want to loosen up the back. And it works terrific. I drive all day and use this in the vehicle to great effect. Excellent support and very nice heat.

Amazing

This back brace is perfect! I sprained my back days ago and have not been able to sleep a wink. Ever since I have been using this brace, I feel sooo much better. I can actually go about my day and do things. Worth every penny. Thank you Natracure.
